Information is processed to provide the service requested by the user through their voluntary Instagram comment and for our legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving the service.

Users may choose not to use the automated service by not commenting a number on the designated post or Reel.

• Meta Platforms, Inc. and Instagram, which provide the comment and messaging infrastructure

• Our website and hosting provider, which securely operates the automation

• Service providers required for security, maintenance or legal compliance

6. Data Retention

Technical interaction records are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, prevent duplicate messages, resolve technical issues and meet legal obligations. Records that are no longer required are deleted or anonymised.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or loss. Access tokens and application credentials are restricted to authorised administrators.

No internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
